Mental Health Counseling and Life Coaching Services

With a full range of services through life coaching or counseling sessions, we support our clients in reaching wellness for the mind, body and spirit. Whether it be stress, life transitions, healing from trauma, relationship issues, self-empowerment, or personal and professional growth, this is the place for you.

Coaching or Counseling sessions may include: individual, couples, and family sessions. All coaching and counseling sessions, as well as classes are self-pay. We are currently in network with a handful of EAPs and Cigna Insurance.  A sliding fee scale may be available based on income and financial hardship. Talk to your therapist about these options if needed.

Telehealth Services (Virtual Coaching/Counseling)

In response to COVID19, Telehealth Services are now available for clients residing permanently throughout the state of Florida. Telehealth services are the method of conducting coaching or counseling sessions virtually via video-teleconferencing application. If you live in the state of Florida and would like to explore telehealth or virtual coaching or counseling sessions, please reach out for a free 15 minute phone consultation. 

Qualified Licensure Supervision

If you are a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the State of Florida and seeking individual or group supervision to achieve the requirements for licensure, please contact us for a consultation to obtain more information. 

Mindful Meditation Classes

In Mindful Meditation on the Beach (MMB) class, you learn to work with your breath and body to restore mental clarity and mobility through concentrated, specialized meditation exercises and stretches. Join us as we practice being in the present moment along the shore, focusing on our breath. This meditation is clinically based (non-religious) and includes progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, and breathing techniques (to name a few!) for improving physiological stress responses to improve mood and emotional wellbeing. Learn how to relax your mind quickly in the face of adversity--anytime, anywhere. This class is great for beginners or those who are curious of what mindfulness or the meditation buzz is all about! Classes are around 40 minutes.

Jen delivers workshops and presentations at Conferences, Wellness Summits, and Corporate Events. Jen also provides team building workshops and private meditation classes to individuals or small groups.
